This letter will serve as a letter of recommendation for Dan Cramer [Total POS] who worked for our company in the capacity of integration specialist team leader. As his supervisor, I have had many opportunities to identify his superior work habits and skill levels.

During Dan's time with our company, he was responsible for integrations and installations of software and hardware. Also Dan took responsibility above and beyond his job title doing Q.A. of new software and back help-desk activities while on the road during roll-outs. In addition to a high energy level, Dan demonstrated a high level of commitment, a willingness to accept responsibility, and the interpersonal skills necessare to handle conflict and challenging situations.

In my years of supervising employees at JDA, I believe that Dan was one of the few employees I have worked with that seemd to recognize that excellence is a journey and not a destination.
