Scripting

Total Point of Sale's specialized consultants build installation scripts from scratch, including everything from building the machines to placing the machines in your locations.  This document provides an escalation path and step-by-step processes that anyone can follow. 

To guarantee that your custom installation focuses on your company's directives, our consultants come to your pilot locations to complete an installation in concert with your company. This gives Total Point of Sale a personal edge, and ensures that you get the desired result for a finished product.

Staffing

Total Point of Sale has access to a national group of certified technicians, qualified to perform all tasks set to them.  Your Project manager will personally select the proper technicians for your project and build confidence thoughout your company. 

Help-Desk

Total Point of Sale has some of the most experienced helpdesk technicians in the nation. Our helpdesk techs are also installation techs that have worked in the field, giving them the real-world experience necessary to make the most out of your phone time, and to communicate efficiently and effectively with our installation techs in the field.

Service

Total Point of Sale offers many levels of service, each designed to meet and exceed our customers expectations.  Our ala carte approach to service lets us stand out and keeps more money in your budget.

Warehousing

Total Point of Sale's state-of-the-art warehouse facility keeps your equipment safe and under constant surveillance. We provide you with a safe place to get your goods out of your distribution centers and into the hands of the guys that know what and where it is.

Consulting

Total Point of Sale also offers a full range of consulting, giving you peace of mind, and letting you know that you are in good hands.

De-Installation

Our team of experienced technicians will come to your location and remove all computer equipment; including registers, servers and network racks. Depending on your needs, they will package the equipment and ship it back to you desired location, or you can take advantage of our secure warehouse facility, where we will store your equipment for you.

Other Services

Total Point of Sale is a rollout company. We also offer many services to our clients, including:

  • Next day replacement services for most parts in the continental united states.  Two day for AL and HI.
  • Integration of customer equipment to spec of shipping regulations or installation staging.
  • Installation of client equipment on site with our network of technicians.
  • Project management: bring your whole rollout project to us and we will handle it all.
  • On site consulting for existing rollouts that are not meeting your expectations.

Pricing

Please note that Total POS bids out its services based on environmental factors, and that these listed prices do not include travel considerations.

  • On-site Project Management - includes a manager assigned specifically to your project. This person communicates with you, as well as with our offices daily in regards to budget, staffing, scheduling, billing, technical information, and all other aspects of your project. - $525/day
  • Off-site Project Management - $325/day
  • Consulting - $125/hr
  • On location Technical Support:
    1. Install/De-Install equipment - $75/hr
    2. Software Install/Update - $125/hr
    3. Diagnose/Repair Equipment - $100/hr
